How long do I have to return my items if I am not satisfied with them?

I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, this means that any products you are not satisfied with can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. 

How to Return?


You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being returned. I would recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery options and always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

What if my Items are damaged and faulty?

If you believe your items are damaged please contact me with images of the products you believe are not fit for purpose. I will then be able to evaluate the issue and advise on further action. 

In some cases you will not be required to return your items and a full refund will still be issued, however in the case of recieving an incorrect item you will be asked ask to return the item, a return label will be issued to you and a replacement product or refund will be granted.

How will I be notified about my refund?

Prior to returning any items please contact me via email to notify me of your intent and the reason for the return. I will respond within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) to let you know if your request has been granted and when you should receive your refund.

The value of the refund will be returned to the original method of payment within 2 working days, however, it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account depending on the method used. Shipping costs are non-refundable

I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on used items. so please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
